Set your demons free
The next installment of the fast paced shooter, DOOM, is set to release on May 13th. However, those who pre-ordered a copy of Wolfenstein: The New Order are able to redeem a beta code to get their fix of this classic series starting March 31st. However, anyone who didn’t pre-order can still redeem a code at Gamestop to grant them access to the beta.
The closed multiplayer beta contains two maps, Heatwave and Infernal. In addition, there will be two game modes for players to experiment with in six vs six matches, Team Deathmatch and Warpath. To complete the package, a small array of weapons, such as a rocket launcher, super shotgun, and B.F.G., will be available to players.
“DOOM is one of the most iconic series in all of gaming, and this new one looks really good,” junior Nicholas Kless said.
